Je vous accueille dans ma maison de vacances de 80 m2 en pierre et entourée de jardin , située au Centre du village d'Argences en Aubrac . Calme et repos assuré. Aucun vis à vis . Vous aurez toute la maison que pour vous .Indépendance totale. pour 2 personnes. (pas d'enfants car le jardin est suspendu ). Maison mitoyenne plein sud au bord du lac de St Etienne en Cantales avec ponton privé ( possibilité d amarrer bateau ou jet ski ... ) en bas du jardin. 2 canoës à disposition. Piscine au sel ( - irritant pour les yeux ) chauffée par pompe à chaleur jacuzzi privatif sous la piscine. Grande baie vitrée exposé plein sud donnant sur le jardin. Nombreuses activités sur place ou alentour ( plages, beach volleyball, pêche, aqua parc, canoë, voile, villages touristiques...) non adaptée aux PMR.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Niché au cœur d'une nature préservée, Luc est un havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer au calme. Ce domaine de 200 ha est plein de charme, entre prés et forêts pour randonner et s'oxygéner. Au milieu des bâtiments en pierre, la maison que nous vous proposons est composée, au rez de chaussée d'un grand séjour avec cuisine ouverte, au 1er étage de 2 chambres et d'une salle d'eau avec douche; au 2ème étage, de 2 grandes chambres et une petite ainsi que d'une salle de bains avec baignoire.

This cottage is located in Lanobre (Cantal) bordering Puy De Dome (7 km) and Corrèze (5 km). Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!!
