Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, nice village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne Valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantalian volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery, medical practice, gas station). Holiday rental 2 stars renovated in 2018 in the house owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

Full apartment located on the ground floor, in a peaceful residence. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV. Very convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. Shops and train station nearby. In Murat itself, a pretty little town of character. Favorably located near the Cantal Mountains (Le Plomb, Puy Mary) and just 10 minutes from the Lioran ski resort, served by a train and Murat, Le Lioran shuttle buses. For nature lovers. Skiing, biking, hiking await you.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
