Spacious 3-room house, 120 sqm

The property is located in an old farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. There is public transport, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

Nice room about 20 m² with bathroom en-suite in Breitnau-Tiefen in the Black Forest. You walk out of the door and you find hiking trails and cross-country skiing.
