Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. Spacious, bright apartment in the countryside

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.
