The Hive Secluded, self catering studio Chichester

We offer a quiet and secure, fully self-contained accommodation with WIFI for 2/3 people in a semi-rural setting, over looking the fields behind. The accomodation is located to the rear of the garden. The french windows opens out on to a private patio, seating and a BBQ area. The drive is private and can be accessed with a key pad at the gate. We are close to the beach, country walks, South downs and cycle routes. We have chickens and bees on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to be on lead

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

A Refurbished Modern Garage

Converted, modern, self contained accommodation with private entrance. A drift wood theme inside and out with a small courtyard area. Near to Goodwood for horse racing and motor events, Chichester festival theatre, the beaches of West Wittering and the South Downs. The accommodation has a full kitchen including a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring induction hob, single oven and microwave. A separate bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower, log burner and storage/hanging space

Luxury Rural Retreat with Hot Tub set in 3 acres

Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden.
