We offer a quiet and secure, fully self-contained accommodation with WIFI for 2/3 people in a semi-rural setting, over looking the fields behind. The accomodation is located to the rear of the garden. The french windows opens out on to a private patio, seating and a BBQ area. The drive is private and can be accessed with a key pad at the gate. We are close to the beach, country walks, South downs and cycle routes. We have chickens and bees on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to be on lead

As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Converted, modern, self contained accommodation with private entrance. A drift wood theme inside and out with a small courtyard area. Near to Goodwood for horse racing and motor events, Chichester festival theatre, the beaches of West Wittering and the South Downs. The accommodation has a full kitchen including a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring induction hob, single oven and microwave. A separate bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower, log burner and storage/hanging space

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.
