The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

Seafront location with balcony and outdoor dining where you can watch the sun go down over the Bognor rocks. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place which is only a short distance from the town centre and all local amenities. The apartment has been newly renovated and has two bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, one has a shower, basin and toilet and the other has a bath and sink only. Stay in our beautiful 1850’s Coastguards Cottage, which has been totally renovated Being located at the end of the terrace, it has a completely private, but sunny walled garden, yet is a minutes walk from the beach down our private footpath, exiting next to the Lobster Pot restaurant. Original features are in abundance, and the charm and character of the cottage is totally unique, with the modern finishes of a contemporary home in a superb setting.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.
