We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

This peaceful, seaside escape is perfectly located a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Rustington beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find plenty of restaurants, craft micro-brewery, cocktail bar and shops including Waitrose and Tescos. Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
