The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement.
