The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used at a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Heimatel Studio 6 offers about 40 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed & 2x sleeping chair 90x200). You have beautiful views towards the southwest, where the sun sets in the evening. The room is newly renovated, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and you won't miss anything in the small kitchen. Use of the pool and sauna are included.
