Genießt den eigenen kleinen Garten und die ideale Lage – nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit Smart-TVs im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern, einer Küche sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Perfekt für Menschen, die Komfort und Bequemlichkeit suchen! Ein Fitnessstudio in der Nähe kann kostenfrei genutzt werden.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The rustic sauna provides the necessary relaxation and makes you sweat (for an extra charge and by arrangement). The beautiful garden with sunny terrace, barbecue facilities and training bench can also be used by arrangement. Free parking is available on the street or a larger parking lot is about 100 meters away.

The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. Summer Mountain railway ticket 2025 (Allgäu Walser Premium Card) included! The modern vacation home is situated on a quiet road in Tiefenbach, Oberstdorf Allgäu. You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
