Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Unser idyllisch gelegenes Apartment mit separatem Eingang ist frisch renoviert, komplett möbliert und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Badezimmer, eine separate Küchennische und einen Wohnbereich sowie eine Terrasse – ideal für zwei, optional für vier Personen. Eben noch mitten im Grünen, jetzt schon in der City: Die Hattinger Innenstadt ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht, Bochum-Linden ist ebenfalls nur 4km entfernt und bis zur Ruhr sind es noch weniger.

A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Stylisches Apartement mit perfekter Ausstattung. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Wittener Hauptbahnhof. Für Infos zum ÖPNV ladet euch die VRR App auf's Mobile Um in das Apartment zu kommen, durchquert ihr unseren Hausflur, in dem ihr auch andere Gäste und uns treffen könnt. Hinter der Tür seid ihr ganz privat. Für Interessierte biete ich gegen Spende Stadtführungen durch Witten an. Wer mit der Bahn anreist, hat es leichter. Parken ist in der Innenstadt so gut wie unmöglich.
