We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

The bright and friendly apartment is quietly located in the beautiful Rüttenscheider Mädchenviertel. The Messe Essen and the Folkwang Museum are within 5 minutes' walking distance.
