It's close to the heart of Bochum as a good public transport connections (U302,U310,U305; bus388, train S1). You can find by walking 3 min. a little park and in 4 min. you've the Springerplatz where every Friday there is a Street Market or you can walk to the Westpark and visit the Jahrhunderthalle. In 10 min. you've the Bermuda3eck, the party area, Theater & plus!

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.
