Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Charming vacation home "Am Stift" in a central location

The detached vacation home is located in the middle of the beautiful city of Herdecke right next to the pedestrian zone. The quaint half-timbered house invites you to relax and recharge. In the immediate vicinity are all kinds of shopping facilities. The Ruhr is within walking distance, as well as all downtown restaurants and bars. The train station is about 3 minutes away by car. The historic house has been professionally restored and thus has a very special charm.

At the edge of the Ruhr area, in Bergkamen, is the House in a quiet residential street. Behind the house fields and meadows start. Directly at the house starts a bike path with connection to all extensive cycling trails. The sports boat center/ harbor is 15 minutes by bike via bike hiking trail. In front of the house is a car parking space. The EFM is fully equipped and has a terrace, a sauna /surcharge, WiFi, kitchen, TV , Alexa, WIGA, piano, barbecue.

The fully furnished house with about 120 square meters offers space for 6 people in the quiet center of Altena-Dahle on 2 floors. Downstairs are living and dining room, kitchen and guest bathroom. From the large balcony you have a great panoramic view over the village. Fast fiber-optic wifi access is available. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (1x 160cm water bed + 1x 140cm double bed, 2x 90cm single bed), 2 bathrooms, walk-in closet and office.
