Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

We offer two fully, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90cmx200cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) are within a 10 to 15 minute walk.
