Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

The sunny and modernly furnished apartment is located in a quiet, green location north of Berlin, 2 minutes from Birkenwerder S-Bahn station. The center of Berlin is by train in only 30 minutes at any time. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the highway and the city limits of Berlin. The surroundings of Birkenwerder also offer a variety of recreational opportunities in the nearby forest and on beautiful lakes. Shops are in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The apartment, suitable for 2 people, 51 square meters, includes a large bright living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, small storage room and private 20 square meter terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area as an annex in a detached house. The house has a very healthy indoor climate as it is a half-timbered/clay house. The house was built in 2000. The granny annex was completely renovated in 2020.

Central Ground Floor Studio Apartment

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

In addition to a loving and extensive facility, a private parking lot is available. The nearest train station is a 3-minute walk. Depending on the connection, you will then be at Berlin Central Station in about 35 minutes. The nearest shopping is 3 minutes away by car.

Our barn de Lütt offers a couple or a small family enough space to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside at any time of the year. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing scaffolding, swing and sandpit invites you to linger. Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
