We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Unser Tiny House im Gemüsegarten ist voll ausgestattet mit Trockentoilette, Dusche und Küchenzeile. Der Wagen steht in der Mitte des Bio-Gemüsebaubetriebs "Gartenfreuden". Hier können sie den Charme des Landlebens genießen. Es gibt zwar einen eigenen Bereich zum Sitzen und entspannen, sie können sich aber auch im Baumhaus breit machen. Von hier aus erkunden sie den Spreewald mit dem Fahrrad oder die Calauer Schweiz zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof Calau befindet sich ca. 2,5km entfernt.

This wonderful new 120 m² loft/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means you can also book a private boat tour of Berlin with me at any time.

In the spa and recreational resort Lübben (Spreewald), your spacious, private accommodation is located 3km from the centre of Lübben! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. A relaxing sleep is guaranteed in the cozy king-size bed with ambilight. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed and a single bed can accommodate up to 5 people, if it can be adventurous. Absolut abgelegen liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

Man hat einen direkten Blick über angrenzende Felder bis zum Wald. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit einem großen Garten und Lagerfeuerstelle.

Lake Hindenburg and an Italian restaurant are also just 2 km away and are only 20 minutes' walk.
