Herzlich willkommen in unserem charmanten Ferienhaus BellaDonna mit großem, komplett eingezäunten Garten (Zaunhöhe min.1,20M) – perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub am Scharmützelsee. Das Haus überzeugt durch helles, modernes Design und hochwertige Ausstattung. Ein clever gestalteter Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss (inkl. Türschutzgitter an der Treppe) mit zwei Einzelbetten und optisch getrenntem Doppelbett, zwei Badezimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bieten Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Im Naturpark der Märkischen Schweiz, im hübschen Waldsieversdorf, steht unsere 50 m2 Holzhütte auf einem separaten Grundstück mit eigenem Garten. Es liegt idyllisch am Waldrand des Stöbbertals. Die Holzhütte ist voll isoliert, so dass ihr hier auch im Winter gemütlich wohnen könnt. Es gibt einen 7 KW Kamin, der euch mit ein paar Scheiten Holz angenehme und langanhaltende Wärme spendet. Außerdem gibt es im Bad einen Stromheizkörper. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes großes Boxspringbett .

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

The apartment is located in the forest, is about 60 square meters, consisting of a kitchen-living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom and is suitable for 2 people. The apartment is equipped with central heating.

The semi-detached house is located in the center of the village of Pfaffendorf. On the property there is a double carport, a small lawn, as well as a terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer. In the living room of the house, you have a TV and a fireplace, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs is a small and a large bedroom. Each of them has a TV.
