Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

You will be staying in small 2019 restaur. Tiny house from 1911, which is located on the grounds of the Berlin-Ostkreuz railway line to Poland and is designed as a SUMMER house with outdoor kitchen on the covered terrace in rural surroundings with chickens and sheep in the neighborhood. In the nature park of Märkische Schweiz, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our wooden hut stands on a separate property. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

Vacation on the small Stienitz lake

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house. We live in the lower apartment and have a large garden which can be used in summer by arrangement for relaxing and barbecuing. Our 5 hens usually deliver so many eggs that we would be happy to give some away. The view to the north overlooks the small Stienitzsee. Not far from our garden is a public swimming area on the small Stienitzsee on Seestrasse.
