Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Entenkoje ‘Anneliese’ Campervan

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You don't need a driving licence and you can drive the boat without any previous experience. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board, there is a small gas cooker with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. A bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.

You love minimalism and like Bauhaus. This cozy accommodation on 480 m² has charm and space for up to three people on 40 m² of living space. Carport, shower, ping pong table, fireplace, nature, lake proximity and tranquility let you relax immediately. The center of Berlin is 30 km away. The property is located on the beautiful R1 bike path and is perfectly accessible by bike and car from Berlin - a nice destination to relax in nature. Supermarket, gas station, etc. in the neighboring town.

Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.
