It is located in a naturally designed environment with local typical plants and traditional field stone walls. In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The Bodden landscape can be explored wonderfully by bike. And if you feel like it, you can also jump into the water. Relax and forget about everyday life. Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

A house to feel good and relax. It is located in a rural area and has a large, natural property. The nearest beach and water sports spots on the Saaler Bodden are 5 minutes away by car. Fischland-Darß-Zingst with its beautiful Baltic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes. Places like Ahrenshoop and the port cities of Stralsund and Rostock offer you great sights, museums and shops.
