Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a siel. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Welcome to our beautiful, ground floor apartment "Salon" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in April 2019 and impresses with its cozy character on the ground floor. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house and in our courtyard on our mussel bed a large table and a cozy beach chair for our guests. The kitchen was renovated in Nov 2024.
