Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is located in the countryside. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Good motorway connection (A28, approx. 3 km), shopping facilities, restaurants and the Swarte Moor Lake for walks in nature. The city bus stops right outside the front door. A small garden makes this accommodation a cosy retreat.

Living in nature

Haus Birgid is located in Bad Zwischenahn in the district of Kayhauserfeld. Renovated in April 2023, the semi-detached house with a separate entrance is in a quiet cul-de-sac location, on the outskirts of the "Engelsmeer" nature reserve. They live in the entire basement. There is a doopel room and an additional single room at your disposal if needed. The parking is located on the property. Your pet is just as welcome in our house as you are.

Spacious farm

The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m2 farmhouse with a nature-oriented, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, an approx. 75 m² living/dining room with cozy fireplace and an approx. 70 m² hallway with ping pong table, so that there is no boredom even in bad weather. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.

Holiday home "Grube“ in Dwergte The tasteful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful recreation and nature reserve Thülsfelder Talsperre. It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

Ferienwohnung Hankhausen mit ökologischen Aspekten. Lehmstreichputz und Terracotta Fliesen bilden die Grundlage für eine gemütliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
