Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

Located in Freudenstadt, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung 1 Birgit has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Furthermore, a shared sauna is available on the property. In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The blackforestloft is located in the Terrassenpark Schonach im Schwarzwald, is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and offers a unique panoramic view. The associated underground parking space is very convenient. An indoor pool is also located in the building for free use-open. Hiking trails go directly from the house. Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
