Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Welcome to our cozy attic apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, kettle. There is a cozy sofa on the living room to rest and watch TV. The apartment is centrally located. Bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, Burger King, Mac) within walking distance in a few minutes. Nevertheless, super quiet and from the small terrace you have a great view of the vineyards.

Bright apartment in a very good location

The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy to see a view of the garden, the cat's creeping around and the cackling of 3 chickens as much as we are, then you have come to the right place.
