The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, radio. Own underground parking space. Construction work from March 25! Please clarify your booking for the period in advance!

The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

The 60 sqm apartment is regularly renovated and renewed by us and is very modern. There is also a free underground parking space available. The beautiful waterfront promenade is one of the longest in Germany. The state capital Munich can also be reached in just 45 minutes by S-Bahn.
