The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Studio apartment - incl. mountain training?!

The apartment in an apartment building is a 5-minute walk from Lake Ammersee. Access is via 59 steps up and 40 steps down - which also makes your stay a training camp! The 1-room apartment has a sofa bed (mattress on slatted frame, 1.4 * 2 m) and a new kitchenette (no oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge). Workation at the Ammersee? No problem: a workplace by the window allows you to combine the necessary with the pleasant.
