Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Within a 2-minute walk you can reach the sandy beach of the lake. The shore is very flat and therefore also suitable for children. You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace.

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. "Fräulein Käthes Sommerfrische" is a vacation apartment located in the beautiful Uckermark, one hour north of Berlin. The 70 sqm apartment is on the second floor of an old servants' house, directly on the Anger of the small village, which is surrounded by 7 lakes. The owner lives (with cat Charly) in the apartment on the ground floor. Vacationers are welcome to share and enjoy the garden. A pergola with fireplace, in the back of the garden, invites you to linger.
