You will live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with your own entrance and a small terrace, far away from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (3 and 7 years old).

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
