The ground floor bedroom is ideal for an elderly relative, it is on the same floor as the kitchen / Family room and W/c & has a smart TV Beach View sleeps 6 however please note it sleeps 5 adults comfortably children only in bunk bed

The atmosphere in the "Guesthouse" is one of relaxation and comfort, a "home from home" this is achieved through a high standard of cleanliness, solid but stylish furniture and fittings, colour coordination and that little bit of magic. It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly unstress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. With fast WiFi and off road parking it is a perfect base to holiday or to work from.

Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Just a 2-minute stroll to the local shop and 3 minutes’ walk to the beach. Off-road parking for one car directly outside the front door. Pet friendly, your four-legged friends are welcome too. A perfect base for beach fun by day and laid-back evenings outdoors.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.
