Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

B & B 'Roosdom 5' is a detached cottage, in the countryside with peace and privacy. Just outside the Gelderse cycling village Laren in the Achterhoek. Close to the Pieterpad, the Hanze cities Deventer and Zutphen. Between fields and in a beautiful backdrop, where hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy. But you can also relax and unwind in your own yard, on the terrace or in the grass with hammocks, sun loungers, picnic table, fruit trees, flowers, birds, sheep pasture and circling chickens.

A bicycle shed is available. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an aircondioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in the winter. There may be an electric radiator. In short, enjoy in this beautiful environment. Not suitable for the disabled. Without breakfast.

The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.
