The non-smoking house is spacious, everything is on the ground floor and is fully equipped: WiFi, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove, lounge corner sofa, bar and/or workplace, dining table, air conditioning, TV, private terrace and parking. Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Our Guesthouse is part of a thatched farm from 1876 in the outskirts of Toldijk. Located in the triangle of the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen and museum town of Bronkhorst. With various hiking and cycling trails nearby. Our newly renovated cottage has its own entrance, a large private garden with private terraces. Peace and quiet with views over the fields. Breathe the outdoors, pick your own herbs, taste the seasons and be welcomed by the animals on the property.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.
