Cozy Swiss farmhouse with Alpine views

Historic, rustic farmhouse, modernized with 3 floors. The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and pastures with a view of the Alpstein. There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. Renovated 4.5-room apartment 90m² - quiet location

Geniesse ein stilvolles Ambiente in einer wunderschönen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der wunderschönen historischen Stadt Wil im Fürstenland. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erschlossen. Dies gilt für den öffentlichen wie den privaten Verkehr. Man benötigen zu Fuss 2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In 7min ist man mit dem PW auf der Autobahn. Wil liegt mitten im Herzen der Ostschweiz und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut vernetzt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.
