The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes, the city centre 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes away by car. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Vintage apartment in downtown Wun

Hey dear guests, I am providing you with my private accommodation here. I have lovingly designed and furnished it by hand. I hope you feel just as comfortable and secure in my apartment as I do. Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. Ideal retreat on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains. Garden with barbecue area, parking and an electric car charging facility are available. Pets are welcome. In the area you can enjoy cycling, hiking, cultural events such as the Wagner Festival or the Luisenburg Festival. Numerous golf courses and wellness offers in the Bavarian-Czech bathing region. Fresh eggs from our chickens and honey from our own beekeeping complement the offer.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country ski trails (floodlit) and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, toboggan run, mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
