Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. Wonderfully sunny private terrace, lockable bicycle shed, private parking. From the garden, you have access to the hiking trails of the National Park.

By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
