Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Enjoy a fully equipped, new and well-maintained home. A parking space is located in front of the building. Check-in is autonomous. The accommodation is located in the heart of a pottery village, close to the German border, the Outlet center in Roppenheim, and Strasbourg. We are pleased to host you in our accommodation which is located in a completely renovated old farmhouse. It is located in a small village in Northern Alsace, 5 minutes from Wissembourg where you will find many activities, restaurants, shops etc. Private apartment located in a quiet area, warm and tastefully renovated. It is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding with a very nice ceiling height and exposed beams. The garden invites you to rest.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The little extra, a nice balcony. And for cyclists a locked room A functional and comfortable cocoon to stay in.
