Heat/AC, dishwasher, w/d, and deck. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs, toys, and towels provided. Quiet family beach, bay water is calm- perfect for children. Close to Norfolk military bases and ODU, EVMS, NSU, Virginia Wesleyan, Hampton University. Approx 25 min from downtown Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.

Our neighborhood is located on the shores of the historic Chesapeake Bay. Step onto our beach and you will see that we are the perfect spot for sunrises/sunsets, fishing/crabbing, sunbathing, grilling & hot tubbing. The rental isnt on the beach-side of the property so walk around the building to the beach which is only 30 feet away.

This special residence is on the National Register of Historic Homes, includes a clawfoot tub & rooftop patio (no hold harm). This High Victorian Italian home was built in 1870, with a Mansard roof & features an ornamental cast iron veranda. John Cary Weston built this as a summer residence following the Civil War.
