High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.
