From this centrally located duplex apartment with a view over the Limmattalaus, you can be in Baden in a few minutes or in Zurich within 20 minutes. Ideally connected to public transport and close to the highway. The apartment has a large living area with light-flooded, large rooms. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
