We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

At Smûk Tiny, you experience life in miniature. Happiness is in the little things, and we know how to deal with that. To give you the feeling of home in a Smûkkerig format, we have therefore built a tiny house on the site. With the familiar Scandinavian atmosphere and the farm feeling, Smûk Tiny offers you the tranquility that is sometimes lacking at home. The cottage is equipped with nice warm duvets for ultimate comfort. On cold nights, you can snuggle up next to the warm, woolen mugs from Van Buuren.

The chalet has a fully enclosed garden with lots of greenery and complete privacy! And a nice veranda where you can sit and various seats in the beautiful garden. Trampoline in the garden ! You can park 1 car on private property. A fantastic place to discover Giethoorn and its surroundings!

This cozy, comfortable and stylish family villa is located in the historic heart of the private family estate: "Heerlijkheid de Eese." Built under architecture, this sustainable house is entirely made of wood. Wonderful bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom and a garden door to the porch of the giant garden. A fantastic open kitchen and cozy living room. An sanctuary in the midst of overwhelming nature. Heerlijkheid de Eese is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Field house Air on the farm

This cosy and comfortable field house is located at the back of the yard of our farmhouse together with two other cottages (Earth and Fire) and a separate Sanitary building (Water). The cottage is fully insulated and equipped with good heating for the colder days of the year. A nicely made bed (140x200) and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you on arrival. A quiet place with great views and lovely animals. Feel more than welcome. Minimum age is 21.
