There are two bathrooms here, both with a toilet. In the hall on the ground floor there is a general toilet. On the yard there is a separate guest house with a bedroom and its own shower and toilet, suitable for up to 4 people spread over 2 floors. The cleaning costs include bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, tourist tax and final cleaning.

In these nice tiny houses you experience a bit of comfort and can also relax in the simplicity of nature. The site borders the Rottige Meenthe nature reserve. Sleep upstairs in the loft and look at the stars through the bright large windows. Start the day with breakfast on the veranda and enjoy nature! The Tiny House has a kitchen with oven, a comfortable sitting area, a dining area, private bathroom with shower and toilet. The Tiny Houses are suitable for two people.

Parking and charging station in front of the door. In the area, you can enjoy cycling and sailing towards Overijssel and Friesland. Restaurants and a well-stocked Spar within cycling distance.

Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

If you need to do some work, we have a desk (height adjustable) with two monitors available in the largest bedroom. The energy label for our house is A+++.

The sanitary facilities are in the clean toilet building. There are 2 mountain bikes or 2 e-bikes for rent. Just like a side tent.
