The Tiny House has a kitchen with oven, a comfortable sitting area, a dining area, private bathroom with shower and toilet. The Tiny Houses are suitable for two people.

The cottage has everything for a stay with 2 people. There are two single beds and a kitchenette with cooking and eating utensils and a fridge. The sanitary facilities are in the clean toilet building. There are 2 mountain bikes or 2 e-bikes for rent. Just like a side tent.

The rooms are equipped with two luxurious box spring beds (2x 90x220cm), a table with two chairs, a small refrigerator, Nespresso machine, a kettle, smart TV, and underfloor heating. Relaxing in the hot tub? This can be booked for €50 per half day! It is possible to book breakfast, ask about the possibilities.

Vacation home “Onder de Iep” Kop van Overijssel

"Onder de Iep" has a cozy living room with French doors to a private terrace. There is a small complete fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a bed (box spring) bed of 160 wide with a double mattress and two separate duvets. There is a sink, shower and a separate toilet. In the utility room, laundry facilities, drying rack and a fridge with drinks at cost. Bicycles can be stored locked up, with charging option.

Waking up in the morning with the panoramic view over the Linde valley, perhaps Bregje and Berdien will walk past our gentle sheep! The chalet has a beautiful location where space and tranquility come together. It is a perfect base for walks in one of the park forests of Oldeberkoop or a nice bike ride to Appelscha, for example. In the evening, with a little luck, you can see the deer appear at dusk!
