Relax with the whole family and friends in this beautiful wooden house in a holiday home area. A spacious kitchen open to the living room with direct terrace to the south includes everything you need. The sauna in the large bathroom promises relaxation, from the upper bedrooms you can get directly to the balcony. The North Sea, the ferry dock to the islands and Halligen, the train for excursions to Sylt or DK, restaurants and shops can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

Perfect location on Sylt. Our apartment is 15 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach behind the dune. We have bright, friendly and modern furnishings with dishwasher and south-facing balcony and WiFi. Ideal for families with children, or couples. We would like to rent the apartment occasionally because we are too rare on Sylt. The apartment is accessible on the 1st floor via an elevator. We renovated in January 2021 and refurbished the apartment!

The 45 m² property has been newly renovated to be modern and bright. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with a new 1.60m x 2.00 m box spring bed) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as cable TV.

Up here you will be slowed down. Just come up - with time for yourself or for two. Dogs are also very welcome - space and nature without borders! And the fast fiber optic cable ensures the best internet connection. You don't need to bring much with you. Everything is ready.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.
