Enjoy a stylish and comfortable experience at this centrally-located pied-a-terre in the heart of Kemptown. This little ‘micro flat’ has everything you need for a convenient stay, just 3 mins walk from the seafront in the Bohemian quarter of Brighton. Comfortable bed, en suite shower, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, a Smart tv, a table to sit at and work/dine. There is outside space to the front of the flat (facing the street side), with a patio table and chairs.

A dining table for four, equipped with elegant dinnerware and crystal glassware, is set near large windows that frame views of the surrounding landscape and the English Channel beyond. Natural light brightens the space, enhanced by decorative plants positioned on the sill.

A modern freshly renovated seaside ground floor Annexe a stones’ throw from the Beach, Parks, Splash Point and restaurants in Central Sunny Worthing. The Annexe features a bright open-plan living area with kitchen dining area, a huge plush sofa and TV. The Master bedroom has a new King size bed and leads out onto a small courtyard. The small 2nd bedroom has a double bed and TV. The new glossy shower room is gorgeous! For parking for your car, we have a space on our dedicated driveway.

The living area is furnished with two sofas: a blue sectional with decorative cushions and a light-toned couch. A lamp stands beside the blue sofa, and a wall clock complements a cityscape artwork above. Warm lighting enhances the modern ambiance.
