Glamping in style, Emperor tent with home comforts

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our Emperor, Prospector or Bell tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Guests are welcome to access the beach at the end of our 200ft garden via a gate. Decking area near the gate for guests' use overlooking beach Opposite the caravan, attached to our bungalow is a private shower room with toilet and basin. Please bring your own towels. Guests need to bring their own bedding The caravan is for 2 persons Electric hook up. Car parking space next to the caravan. Presenting our renovated vintage American Airstream sleeping 2-4 in Aylwins Field, Offham, just outside Lewes. Set in a meadow with lovely views of the Downs, you can enjoy the English countryside all year round. The location has it all: in a rural setting but 5 minutes from a mainline station (London 1 hour), and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. Cosy and chic, with king-size bed, sofa bed, bathroom, fitted kitchen, AudioPro, BBQ & outside deck for star gazing.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Unique Stay in a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! ADULTS ONLY June through August
