Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Magnificent private flat in Grade 1-listed Tower

A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The apartment comprises an entrance lobby with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, tableware for 2), a 5-piece modern bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, sink, bidet) and a magnificent master bedroom with a huge four-poster bed. A perfect romantic getaway in the country!

Comfortable and cozy flat

The flat is in walking distance to the town centre, Rowley Mile race course and Tattersalls. The July race course is about 20 minutes walk but there is a free bus Shuttle which leaves from the bus stop in the High St 2 hours before the first race. Please go to the jockey club website for more information. The flat is ten minutes from the A14, A11, 35 minutes from Stansted and is comfortable and warm. TV,wifi. No pets. I am very flexible with check in. Gated entrance,secure parking.
