The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Comfortable and cozy flat

The flat is in walking distance to the town centre, Rowley Mile race course and Tattersalls. The July race course is about 20 minutes walk but there is a free bus Shuttle which leaves from the bus stop in the High St 2 hours before the first race. Please go to the jockey club website for more information. The flat is ten minutes from the A14, A11, 35 minutes from Stansted and is comfortable and warm. TV,wifi. No pets. Private hot tub in a beautiful small private decked area outside overlooking a field full of ponies and sheep . * we just need to say that the bath is currently not working due to water pressure issues very peaceful and romantic
