Recht tegenover ons huis is er de mogelijkheid tot het huren van sups of een electrische sloep om de omgeving vanaf het water te ontdekken. De prachtige omgeving is ook heel geschikt om te fietsen. Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Utrecht zijn binnen een uur met de auto en Gorichem en Leerdam binnen ongeveer 10 min. Er is een golfbaan op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden.
