Auf dem Balkon genießt Du einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Wälder. Das imposante Fachwerkhaus beherbergt 12 nette Menschen in 3 Generationen zu manch gutem Gespräch. Ebenso mein Catering, aus dem ab und an auch ein köstliches Essen zu haben ist. In unserem Foyer ist eine Bibliothek zum Schmöken auf gemütlichen Sofas.

Auch im Winter wunderbar gewärmt steht unser original erhaltene Zirkuswagen von 1920 im "Haus in der Blume" direkt am Bach. Die große Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sofa lädt zum Ankommen und Abschalten ein. Hier gibt es naturnahes Leben für Naturliebhaber*innen. Mit Wohnmobil-Gasheizung und kleiner elektrisch ausgestatteter Kochecke. Im nah gelegenen Haus befindet sich Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer mit Dampfsauna. Die Waldrandlage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Ideal starting point for hikes (over 20 premium hiking trails nearby), bike tours and motorcycle trips. The apartment is just 10 minutes from the center. Shops (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and the outdoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.
