Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the Collegiate Church and the Kaufung Forest. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It has about 40 square meters. Living area, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a small child travels with you, a travel cot is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with table and chairs, it invites you to have breakfast in the countryside, or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome , but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs for 1-2 days 10 euros extra, for a longer stay 20 euros.

Outside: Outdoor hot shower and compost toilet on the outside of the construction trolley. In winter use of the shower in the house is possible.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
